Travis, the creative force behind the "echochamber" project, is a 21-year-old producer from Minnesota. His sound has been described by many as “80s house,” characterized by the warm, rich textures of analog synthesizers and a deep reverence for the groove-driven energy of 80s funk and soul.

Definitely the Weeks & Co. album by Richard Weeks and friends, so many great tracks on there.

Why did you start writing music?

My love for music started when I was about 5 years old, my elementary school music teacher was wonderful. I actually started producing on FL Studio when I was 11 years old, and I have been working on music on and off ever since. I have always enjoyed experimenting with sounds, and making little songs that I just kept on my phone and never released. I just started taking my music more seriously in the middle of 2024, so we'll see where it goes.
